Instructions: Before applying sea moss gel to your entire face, it's a good idea to perform a patch test. Apply a small amount of the gel to a small area of skin, like the inside of your wrist or behind your ear, and wait to see if there is any adverse reaction. This helps ensure that you don't have an allergy or sensitivity to sea moss. Start with a clean face. Use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, makeup, and impurities from your skin. Apply a thin, even layer of sea moss gel to your face, avoiding the sensitive area around your eyes. You can use your fingers or a clean makeup brush for application. Allow the sea moss gel to sit on your face for about 20-30 minutes or until it begins to dry. Gently rinse the sea moss gel off your face with lukewarm water. You can use a soft cloth or your hands for removal. After rinsing, apply a moisturizer to lock in hydration and keep your skin feeling smooth and refreshed.

Are there any potential side effects or risks associated with sea moss?
While sea moss is generally considered safe for most people when consumed in moderate amounts, there are potential side effects and risks to be aware of:
